Just north of the famous Sydney Harbor Bridge is North Sydney, a vibrant suburb in the middle of a boom with an expected 80,000 workers who will commute to the area by 2036. A new A$1 billion mixed-use luxury residential area, AURA by Aqualand, will be one of those new kids, located next to the upcoming Victoria Cross train station.

Buyers can choose from three color schemes, dark, medium and light, with each home featuring a palette of marble and mirrored surfaces, glass walls and translucent screens. Kitchens have marble countertops, rich oak and dark bronze finishes, as well as bronze powder-coated frames in the bathrooms. Aura Apartments have a unique layout that flows from open-plan living areas to winter gardens or balconies. Some will feature extra versatile rooms that can be used as secondary living areas, offices or bedrooms.

The Penthouse Collection features a selection of modern towering homes for residents to customize. These Richards Stanisich designs feature expansive city and waterfront views, wood and travertine finishes, and striking fireplaces.

Aura residents will also have access to a concierge service through Aqualand’s new hospitality arm, Etymon Projects, and enjoy a choice of fine dining restaurants and bars that will be incorporated into the development.

Phase one of Aura was launched to the public in December 2021 and construction is already underway with completion expected in 2024.
