Intermittent fasting for at least 18 days from the 21:16:8 is the most preferred type of IF. It means eating for 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours – just don’t water anything else while fasting. You can choose yourself. 15:9 or 14:10 is also fine. For diabetics and patients with low blood pressure, even 12:12 is fine (circadian fasting). (Shutterstock)
